At LMN architects I was involved in developing energy metrics for completed projects comparing them to existing buildings with data obtained from the city of Seattle as a way of measuring the firm’s progress towards 2030 goals. I led an internal audit of energy consumption, comparing it to previous iterations of the study, and our role in contributing to the carbon economy and efforts towards lowering overall consumption.

I worked on testing and auditing a mobile sensor unit monitoring light, CO, CO2, sound, temperature, and humidity. They can be placed in completed projects to carry out a post-occupancy evaluation focusing on thermal movement and human comfort advancing project objectives.
